The best water sources in Australia

We have access to a number of premium water sources that we use regularly in our bottling process. Each one varies in mineral content, which allows us to cater for a wide range of products, depending on your brand preferences

Total flexibility in our range of bottled water packing

Some contract bottling companies only offer standard configurations. We pride ourselves on our flexibility. Whatever size or shape your bottle, carton or cap needs to be, we can cater for it – thanks to the long-standing relationship we have with all our packaging suppliers.

All our packing is 100% recyclable.

Fully customisable bottle labels

As with the size, shape and colour of our bottles and caps, we offer a huge variety of labels – allowing you to fully customise a product to your brand guidelines.

Unlike many other contract bottling companies, we have the quality and capabilities to provide packaging and labelling for high-end overseas customers too.

Preparing your bottles for transport and shipping

After labelling, we can shrink pack your bottles ready for shelves, pack them into cardboard cases – or shrink wrap them, add handles and put them into cardboard cases. Packs are automatically palletised ready for shipping.

Water testing

With qualified microbiologists on site, testing is all part of the process at 100% Bottling Company. Unlike other contract bottling companies, we do routine and multiple testing ourselves – saving you time and money, and making sure your products reach retailers quicker.
